How to buy in Armasil.pt?
To buy in armasil.pt is very simple. Just follow these steps:
1. On the homepage click on the menu Online Shop and choose the section.
2. View the products you are interested in. Click on the photograph to zoom in and see every detail: composition, dimensions, color, reference and price, are on the right side of the image.
3. Select an article and add it to your shopping cart. You can then choose to continuing buy or to process order.
4. To continue shopping, repeat the process. To process the order, you have to register as a costumer/user and log in.
5. Once you have entered your details, check they are correct, and click on confirm.
6. Choose between the option to collect your order from our facilities, or receive it for standard or express delivery, and check that the shipping and billing addresses are correct.
7. Select a payment method: Pay Pal or banking transference
8. Confirm the order.
9. You will receive an email confirming your order.

How it works the deliveries out of the European Zone?
For all countries inside the European Union (EU), prices include Portuguese VAT at 23% costumers outisde of the European Union will have to remove VAT charge in the payment process.
To the deliveries out of the European Zone we ship your package according Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means that are applied customs taxes or/and duties and VAT in the destination country that will be charged to the customer by the carrier company Fedex. When the order arrives at the destination country Fedex enters in contact with the customer to inform the value of the customs charges and to request the respective payment. The customs taxes are paid in the totality by the customer to Fedex. Delivery times depend on the type of delivery selected. In our facilities deliveries time take 3 to 5 working days, national deliveries time take 3 to 5 working days (for the Açores and Madeira between 5 and 7 working days), and for the International/express deliveries, between 3 and 5 working days.
How do I return an article?
Articles to return must be in perfect condition, with the document of purchase, labels and original packing.
